❋ 中獎名單將於3/1(六) 6 PM於iMe TW粉絲專頁公佈，請中獎者攜帶福利兌換卷於兌換時間內至櫃台領取獎品。​

❋ 中獎者請於演唱會結束後再至福利兌換處領取獎品，兌換時需出示福利兌換卷票，請妥善保管個人票券，無法出示者將不予領取。​

❋ 現場票券售出後不得退換票。

❋ 為避免現場購票排隊久候，恕不提供選區選號服務。

❋ 販售時間如有提早或延後，以現場公告為主。

❋ 現場購票者購票完成後當場即可領取票券，不需去ibon取票。

❋ 現場票務服務處恕無法提供ibon訂單之取票服務，請於開演前自行至7-11超商ibon機台完成取票。(現場購票者不限於此)。

❋ 票券視同有價證券，如發生遺失、破損、燒毀或無法辨識等狀況，恕不補發或退換。任意塗改、影印或套印、掃描複製票​劵，均屬無效票。

❋ 服務台不設置禮物箱、不設置信箱、不代收和轉交任何信件、飲食、花籃等物品。

❋ 遺失票券之觀眾請於該票段之入場時間前半小時至票務櫃檯辦理手續，超過時間將不再受理, 並請準備以下法令規定之資料1.​警局報案三聯單2.購票會員證件3.購票證明/付款資料4.簽署切結書，齊備上述文件、驗證身分後方可換入場證明。倘若有持票​人出現，將會請雙方一起至場外報警處理。

❋ Please present your concert ticket and voucher when redeeming. Each set of tickets can only be used to redeem ​benefits once, and please collect all benefit items at once.

❋ Audiences in A/B/C ZONE who have won the sound check benefit must present their concert ticket at redemption and ​proactively inform the staff of their win. They will receive an iMe wristband and a temporary sound check seat card. The ​iMe wristband serves as proof of eligibility for the sound check benefit—if damaged, the qualification will be forfeited.

❋ Please check all received items upon collection. Once you leave the fan benefit redemption counter, exchanges​ or returns will not be accepted. Only the product with major damage (e.g., cracks, sever​e stains) can be exchanged.

❋ Failure to complete the redemption within the designated time will be considered forfeitu​re of your picking benefits rights, and no delivery and refunds will be given. Audiences should review the entry notic​e and redemption within the specified time to avo​id losing their privileges.

❋ Please present your concert ticket upon entry. S ZONE attendees must show the entry pass, while other zones must ​present the iMe wristband and temporary sound check seat card.

❋ Staff will check the entry pass (S ZONE) / iMe wristband (other zones) and concert ticket every time you enter or exit. ​Audiences attending the rehearsal must carry these items at all times—failure to present them will result in denial of ​entry or re-entry.

❋ After the sound check ends, the venue will not be cleared. Audience members in A/B/C ZONE who won the sound check​ benefit, please return to the seat indicated on your concer​t ticket.

❋ All attendees must pass through a security check before entering. Please arrive at the venue early. Review the list of ​prohibited items and minimize the belongings you bring to speed up your entry process.

❋ Please sit according to the seat number on your ticket.

❋ After the main entrance of the lobby opens, please do not linger in the lobby.

🎁 LUCKY DRAW BENEFITS REDEMPTION: (Actual time will be adjusted based on on-site conditions)

❋ Anyone who purchases S ZONE/A ZONE tickets before 2/25 11:59 PM will be eligible for the autographed board raffle.

❋ The list of winners will be announced on 3/1 6 PM on the iMe TW fan page. Winners are required to bring their ​voucher to the counter during the redemption period to claim their prizes.

❋ Winners should go to the redemption counter “after the concert ” to claim their prizes. Please present your voucher fo​r redemption. Please keep your ticket safe, as those who cannot show it will not be able to collect their prizes​.

PAYMENT:​ Cash

❋ Tickets purchased on-site are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

❋ To avoid long queues for on-site ticket purchase, constituency seat selection service will not be provided. (Only could ​choose ticket price.)

❋ If the sales time is advanced or postponed, it will be announced on-site.

❋ On-site ticket buyers can collect the tickets on the spot after completing the purchase. There is no need to go to ibon ​to pick up the tickets.

❋ The on-site ticket service office cannot provide ticket collection services for ibon orders. Please go to the ibon ​machine of 7-11 convenience store to complete the ticket collection before the show. (On-site ticket purchasers are not ​limited to this).

❋ Tickets are regarded as securities and will not be reissued or exchanged if they are lost, damaged, burned, or cannot ​be identified. Any tickets that are altered, photocopied, overprinted, or scanned and copied will be invalid.

❋ There will be no gift boxes or mailboxes at the information counter, and no letters, food, drinks, flower baskets, or ​other items will be collected or delivered.

❋ Audiences who have lost their tickets should go to the ticket counter half an hour before the door time for their ticket ​section. No processing will be accepted after this time. Please prepare the following information required by law: 1. ​Police report triplicate 2. Purchase Ticket membership certificate 3. Ticket purchase certificate/payment information 4. ​Sign the cut-off form, prepare the above documents, and verify your identity before you can exchange for the ​admission certificate. If a ticket holder appears, both parties will be asked to go to the outside of the venue to call the ​police.
